Homes for the Holidays – It’s that time of year again – time to start planning for the holiday season. It’s also time for CASA’s Annual Parade of Playhouses Raffle, with 2024 promising to be the best year ever!
In this annual fundraiser home builders, organizations, and individuals design, build and donate extraordinary, full-size, children’s playhouses. Raffle tickets are sold for these one-of-a-kind playhouses, raising funds for CASA to help abused & neglected children have safe, permanent homes where they can thrive. Raffle tickets are sold throughout November and early December, while the playhouses are displayed throughout the communities we serve. The playhouses are then on FULL display at the Huntsville Lions Club Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 7. They will draw for playhouse winners on December 11th and playhouses will be sent home with 6 very lucky winners!

If you don’t know much about this organization, know that the mission of CASA of Walker, San Jacinto & Trinity Counties of Texas is to provide trained, court appointed volunteer advocacy to every abused and neglected child in the custody of Children’s Protective Services.
