BIOGRAPHY

MJ Payne joined Markham Realty, Inc. Spring 2016. She brings 25+ years in marketing, retail, sales and management experience. She served as the Executive Director of the Polk and Tyler County Chambers of Commerce. MJ was also a volunteer counselor for the Huntsville Pregnancy Care Center and Bible Study Fellowship leader. She was the owner of a Home Décor retail business specializing in Interior Design and has an expert eye to help in staging a home to its fullest potential giving sellers a distinct advantage over the competition.

MJ is married to Marcus Payne, Justice of the Peace for Precinct 2 in Walker County and native of Huntsville, with family with roots forging 5 generations in Walker County. The Payne’s have two children, Morgan and Jess, daughter in law Melisa and two beautiful grandbabies.
